Light Roasts
- Dose: 18g
- Yield: 40g
- Time: 33 to 35 seconds
- Temperature: 94 to 95 degrees
Medium Roasts
- Dose: 18g
- Yield: 36g
- Time: 28 to 30 seconds
- Temperature: 92 to 94 degrees

- Grinder: Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro
To ensure consistency in our puck preparation, we use the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) to de-clump and evenly distribute the coffee grinds in the basket prior to tamping.
