Below is our suggested brew recipe, along with our equipment setup for reference:

Light Roasts

  • Dose: 18g
  • Yield: 40g
  • Time: 33 to 35 seconds
  • Temperature: 94 to 95 degrees

Medium Roasts

  • Dose: 18g
  • Yield: 36g
  • Time: 28 to 30 seconds
  • Temperature: 92 to 94 degrees

Equipment

  • Coffee Machine: Lelit Bianca V3
  • Filter Basket: Pesado Coffee Filter Basket (24.5)
  • Grinder: Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro

To ensure consistency in our puck preparation, we use the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) to de-clump and evenly distribute the coffee grinds in the basket prior to tamping.
